450sr Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the 450sr platform. By registering for or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 450sr platform in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the 450sr platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which form part of this agreement.
To use the 450sr platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- At least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- A legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- Not listed among individuals prohibited from using online betting services under applicable local laws.
- Register only one active account per individual — multiple accounts are not permitted.
450sr reserves the right to verify a user's eligibility at any time. If eligibility requirements are found not to be met, the account may be suspended or closed without prior notice.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. 450sr is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by users. Any changes to personal details such as phone number or email must be updated through your account settings.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 450sr will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported any suspicious activity to us.
Users are strictly prohibited from using their 450sr account for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity. The use of automated software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate games or platform systems is also prohibited. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and referral of information to the relevant authorities.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on 450sr at any given time. Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts detected will be closed, and all associated balances and bonuses may be forfeited.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 450sr platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for understanding and complying with all financial terms set out below.
Deposit
Deposits can be made using local payment methods supported by 450sr, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and FPX internet banking. All deposits are processed in MYR. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the selected payment method and account verification level. 450sr reserves the right to request verification documents before processing deposits that exceed certain limits. Deposits that cannot be processed due to technical reasons will be returned to the original source within a reasonable timeframe.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same name as the 450sr account holder. 450sr does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method — typically one to three business days for standard bank transfers. Platinum and Diamond VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing. 450sr reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending compliance review or investigation of suspicious activity.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by 450sr are subject to the specific terms stated for each offer. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn. 450sr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus where abuse is suspected. 4. Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Account Suspension & Closure
450sr reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if:
- The user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- There is suspicious activity, fraud, or an attempted money laundering.
- The user provided false or misleading information during registration.
- The user opens multiple accounts or shares an account with another party.
- A serious violation of Responsible Gaming policies has occurred.
When an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation. Users whose accounts have been closed have the right to appeal through our customer support channel.
Liability Limits
450sr is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses incurred by users as a result of using this platform. 450sr's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
450sr does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or technical errors. In the event of unavoidable service disruptions, 450sr will endeavour to restore services as quickly as possible but accepts no liability for any losses arising from such disruptions.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments to Terms
All content on the 450sr platform, including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, source code, and related materials, is the property of 450sr or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or republish any platform content without prior written consent from 450sr.
The 450sr platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience and do not imply that 450sr endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users access third-party websites at their own risk.
450sr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Your continued use of the 450sr platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the 450sr platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the user and 450sr. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
